- Strong foundations in PHP and modern JavaScript (React preferred).
- Experience with WordPress internals — plugins, hooks, REST API, custom post types.
- Comfort with SQL and performance-conscious data modelling.
- An eye for UI/UX — you care how things look and feel, not just whether they work.
- Clear written communication — essential for a remote team.
