StoreElevate replaces wp-admin for shop staff with a fast, focused React app — access control, shift tracking, multi-location, an audit log, and optional modules for POS, accounts receivable, inventory, fulfilment, marketing and payments. It's built on a hub-and-spoke architecture with seven plugins, a real test suite and dated releases. The Core, Plus Six Modules
StoreElevate Core is the foundation — the app shell, REST base, permissions engine and module registry. Each module activates independently.
Staff Access Control
Custom roles with per-module permissions, PIN lock, IP restrictions and idle timeout. Non-admin staff never reach wp-admin.
Shift Tracking
Clock in / out with full history, manager force-end, and audit-stamped shift events.
Multi-Location
Manage several store locations, assign staff per location, and switch context from the header.
Audit Log
Every staff write-action stamped with user, event, object, context, IP and timestamp.
Refund Approvals
Staff submit refund requests; managers review and approve or reject from a pending queue.
POS Module
A full-screen point-of-sale register inside the app — product search, cart, discounts and receipts.
Accounts Receivable
Invoice management, payment tracking and overdue follow-up as a standalone module.
Inventory & Fulfilment
Real-time stock tied to WooCommerce products, plus pick / pack / ship workflows.
REST API (HPOS-ready)
A full storeelevate/v1 namespace, High-Performance Order Storage compatible, tested against WC 7.0+.
