What do I need to get started?
Just a domain name (or we can help you register one), an email address, and your room list. No WordPress knowledge, no hosting, no technical skills required. We handle everything else.
Can I move to self-hosted later?
Yes. We export your full database and files in a WordPress-compatible format. You can import them into any WordPress install and continue with our self-hosted Pro plugin — your data comes with you.
Is my guest data safe and private?
Absolutely. Your PMS runs on an isolated database not shared with other properties. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily (or hourly on Growth and above) encrypted backups are stored in a separate data centre.
What happens if I add more properties or rooms?
We'll notify you before any limit is reached. You can upgrade your plan at any time with prorated billing. Enterprise covers up to 50 properties with unlimited rooms.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes — we plan to offer a free trial at launch with no credit card required. Join the waitlist and we'll confirm trial details when the service goes live.
Do you offer white-labelling or custom integrations?
White-label branding is included on the Enterprise plan. Custom integrations and bespoke API connectors are available on Enterprise or as a paid add-on — contact us for scoping.
