Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any DenniDigital product, website, or service (“Services”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

DenniDigital provides industry-specific WordPress plugins, companion themes, managed hosting infrastructure, and related technical services. Services are provided on a subscription or licence basis as described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with reasonable notice.

3. Licence and Use

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, DenniDigital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased software on the number of sites specified in your plan.

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the software without an explicit written agreement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software (except where permitted by applicable law).
• Use the software to build a competing product or service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or licence information.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. DenniDigital will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in advance. For subscription plans, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

We offer a 30-day refund policy on new licence purchases. Refunds are not available for hosting services consumed, renewal charges where no prior cancellation was submitted, or enterprise customisation work already delivered. To request a refund, contact billing@DENNIDIGITAL.com.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Collect or harvest personal data from others without their consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with DenniDigital.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and in our products remain the exclusive property of DenniDigital or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by DenniDigital without obligation or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DenniDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DenniDigital in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall do so.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date or by direct notification. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
