What do I need to get started?
Just a domain name (or we can help you register one) and an email address. No WordPress knowledge, no hosting, no technical skills required. We handle everything else.
Can I move to self-hosted later?
Yes. We export your full database and files in a WordPress-compatible format. You can import them into any WordPress install and continue with our self-hosted Pro plugin — your data comes with you.
Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. Your CRM runs on an isolated database not shared with other customers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily (or hourly on Enterprise) encrypted backups are stored in a separate data centre.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
We'll notify you before enforcing any limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time with prorated billing. Enterprise users have no user cap.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes — we plan to offer a 30-day free trial at launch with no credit card required. Join the waitlist and we'll confirm trial details when the service goes live.
Do you offer white-labelling or custom integrations?
White-label branding is included from the Growth plan and above. Custom integrations and bespoke API connectors are available on the Enterprise plan or as a paid add-on — contact sales for scoping.
